PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for installation/maintenance and repair services on all physical access control systems which includes Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and video assessment and surveillance systems (VASS) at 12 separate sites of the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) with Trofholz Technologies. Trofholz Technologies provides management, labor, parts, material, tools, and transportation necessary to perform maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and component replacement to keep the equipment operating as originally specified by the equipment manufacturer. The solicitation for this action will be posted to beta.SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition. The solicitation will be posted on or about January 8th, 2021.
