The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 intends issue a sole source modification to purchase order 36C26121P1319, previously awarded to Trillamed, LLC for Stryker brand Equipment VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, Las Vegas, NV. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Agency Requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(1). It is the Government’s belief that Trillamed, LLC is the only vendor who can meet the agency’s needs.
