The Veterans Health Administration anticipates awarding a sole-source real property Succeeding lease for a Warehouse to Colfin Cobalt Reit, Inc. of Los Angeles, CA. The required lease will meet the detailed requirements of 60,610 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of warehouse space in North Las Vegas, NV. NAICS code 531120 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. In accordance with GSAR 570.402, use of the sole source authority is appropriate where it is determined that award to any other offeror would result in substantial duplication of costs to the Government that are not expected to be recovered through competition. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 15:00pm PST on July 19, 2021.
