Description of Program Objectives Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for VASFHCS Upgrade Sanitary System on East Side of Campus as required by drawings and specifications. The intent of this project is to upgrade existing storm and sanitary system for the east side of the VA San Francisco Health Care System based on an existing study report notating deficiencies in current system and under-sizing for expected future additional load.
