Estimated solicitation posting date is 13 December 2019; estimated closing date is 13 January 2020. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available at beta.SAM.gov ( https://beta.sam.gov/ ). Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on this website. All parties must obtain solicitation documents and amendments to the solicitation through beta.SAM.gov. Hard copies will not be mailed. The solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contract by negotiation procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $39.5 Million. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. In accordance with FAR Part 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. In accordance with FAR Part 5.203, this notice is being published for at least fifteen days before issuance of the solicitation. All contractors are reminded that they must be registered in the SAM.gov database, https://sam.gov/SAM/ in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management.
