This is a Sources Sought only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) VISN 21 is performing market research to identify companies capable of providing Ga 68 Dotatate 45 doses, average dose 2 -6 mCi Seeking contractor to provide prepared single unit doses of radiopharmaceuticals and associated materials to VA Medical Center at Mather as ordered and at the agreed upon price. Orders shall be placed 48 hours (Monday through Friday by 4:30PM) before the study is scheduled. Cancellations will be called in as soon as department is notified, no later than 3 hours before delivery. Contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and be regularly established in the business of providing radiopharmaceuticals (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. (b) Although proposal, offeror, contractor, and offeror may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) Any information received from a contractor in response to this sources sought notice may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as proprietary or confidential, intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law. (d) This sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 339112. This is a sources sought notice only, no formal solicitation document exists at this time. Offerors response shall include the following information: - Reference Number 36C26120Q1082 - Company Name, point of contact, title, phone number and email address. - DUNS number - Contractors shall identify the NAICS code for the product being offered as well as their size status. (e) Contractors with alternate Item submission: Offerors submitting alternate items must provide technical information sufficient for a layman person to determine acceptability. Information will not be paid for by the government nor returned to the supplying party. The information will be used to determine product acceptability. Authorized dealers: Experienced firms only who are authorized distributor will be considered in addition to the original equipment manufacturer. A letter from the manufacturer stating your company is an authorized dealer for the line items must be in possession by the due date and be available for submission, if requested. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 325412 with Small Business size of 1250. NOTE: Please ensure that System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement.
