This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing two parking spaces and parking vouchers for the San Francisco Vet Center at a firm fixed price for a period of performance of a base plus four option years. Contractor must be able to meet all requirements below. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide 2 parking spaces for 2 GSA Vehicles assigned to San Francisco Vet Center. First parking space shall be assigned parking space and 2nd space is unassigned parking space. The parking facility must be no more than 2 city blocks away from San Francisco Vet Center. Parking facility shall be open as early as 6:00am and closes as late as 6:00pm. The facility shall be able to provide parking vouchers for San Francisco Vet Center Clients on monthly basis. The parking facility must be secured, indoors and ADA compliant. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, DUNS #, Cage Code Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 812930 and Small Business Size Standard $41.5 Million *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below. Responses are due to Moneque Rodriguez at moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 3:00 PM (Hawaii Time) on Friday, August 21, 2020. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
