This announcement is a "SOURCES SOUGHT" only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Your response to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors (PREFERABLY SDVOSB SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES) capable of providing slit lamps and accessories, Reliance 7000 chairs, Keeler Vantage Plus LED Wireless Indirect with Slimline Charging Station, Reliance 7900-IC Ophthalmic Instrument Stand, and other items and installation to the VA McClellan Eye Clinic, second floor of Building 98, McClellan, CA 95652.
