Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors (PREFERABLY SDVOSB SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES) capable of providing a blast chiller and installation to the VA San Francisco Medical Center. 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. Salient characteristics of the blast chiller are: Blast Chiller, roll in, self contained with dual refrigeration systems Pan Capacity: Minimum pan capacity: 40 (12" x 20" pan size) Maximum pan capacity: 50 (12 x 20 pan size Controls: Touch control system Minimum (20) preset menu options Minimum of (3) product temperature probes Quick freeze soft chill hard chill and holding modes, automatic defrost cycle, HACCP Other Features: Stainless steel interior and exterior Four (4) adjustable legs Maximum unit size, 50 Deep x 72 Wide Minimum- One (1) Roll in pan cart(20) nontilt pan support rails, 22 13/16" (678mm) horizontal width & 2 9/16" (65mm) vertical spacing between rails, (10) stainless steel shelves, (1)removable drip tray & (1) cart handle , cULus, NSF Minimum Five (5) year limited compressor warranty standard 115/208 230v/60/3 ph, 16.0 amps, 3.68 kW, 5 wire direct connection, no cord or plug Left hand door swing Installation to include: Site inspection prior to delivery Deliver, uncrate and inspect Connect to electricity Start up and test unit Clean up and removal of packing materials Items are to be provided to the VA San Francisco Healthcare System. The items will be FOB Destination and should be delivered within 60 days ARO.
