This solicitation will be open to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Vetbiz.gov. This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer brand name only products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. All deliveries must be completed by 30 Days ARO to the following destination: 4150 Clement St. San Francisco, CA 94121. Price quotes shall include the Duns Number, VIP Verification, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. GREY MARKET ITEMS: The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or grey market items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer s warranty. The offeror shall provide evidence of its authority to distribute the proposed equipment/system at the time of submission of its quote/offer. Please note that such evidence is subject to verification by the Contracting Officer at his/her discretion. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
