This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing an Optical Coherence Tomography System at a fixed price at VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System. CLIN 0001 Description: The Optos Silverstone Swept Source - Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) QTY: 1 EA. CLIN 0002 Description: Optos | DICOM modality worklist and live store to third party PACS; enables capture station to query for and receive modality worklist (MWL) data from suitable MWL server. DICOM C-STORE is included. This capability does not include the modality worklist as a 'Service Content Provider' (SCP) but where the scanheads are users of the worklist. QTY: 1 EA. CLIN 0003 Description: Installation and training QTY: 1 JB. Essential/significant physical, functional, or performance characteristics. Must be an ultra-widefield swept source optical coherence tomography (OCT) system Must be capable of producing a 200 degree single-capture image in less than ½ second and enable guided OCT scanning across the retina into the far periphery Must be capable of the following imaging modalities: color, sensory (red-free), choroidal, autofluorescence (AF), fluorescein (FA), and indocyanine green (ICG) Must be capable of taking non-mydriatic images Must be capable of color depth imaging Must have a small footprint (height less than 2 1/2 feet, width and depth less than 2 feet) Must be DICOM compatible RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, DUNS #, Cage Code Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 334510 and Small Business Size Standard 1250 employees Statement of Capability *NOTE Acquisitions will only be set aside for SDVOSBs/VOSBs if two or more responses are received with the required information listed above, by the due date specified below.
