This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. See attached RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 Effective 02 July 2020 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) Updated Part 807, 813, 819 and 853 Effective 25 Jan 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1000. Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration information is located at www.sam.gov. In order for a company to be considered a SDVOSB or VOSB the company must be listed in https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Unverified SDVOSBs or VOSBs are considered non-responsive and price quotations will not be evaluated. The award will be set set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) if quotes are received from two or more independently competing SDVOSBs. If the Rule of Two is not accomplished by this solicitation, the award will be made independently to the lowest-priced responsible vendor, who is responsive to the solicitation and who is offering a fair and reasonable price. Authorized dealers: Only firms who are authorized dealers will be considered in addition to the original equipment manufacturer. A letter from the manufacturer stating your company is an authorized dealer for the line items must be in possession by the due date and be available for submission, if requested. Please provide price quotation using the attached RFQ. All price quotes received prior to 07/28/2020 will be considered by the Government. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Receipt must be acknowledged on my desktop computer to be recognized as received.
