The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Creative Health Care Management to provide Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring (RSC) workshops to the VA Northern California Healthcare System. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the curriculum and the manuals for Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring workshops equal to Creative Health Care Management s curriculum and the manuals for Re-Igniting the Spirit of Caring workshops.
