The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with EOI, Inc. doing business as Medical Resources, for the maintenance and calibration services of components and software of VA-owned temperature and pressure sensor equipment. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide the critical software updates, authorized equipment components and repair and calibration services equal to EOI, Inc. dba Medial Resources critical software updates, authorized equipment components and repair services.
