Palo Alto Bldg.54 Replace Transducers HVAC CONST VA Palo Alto Health Care System Project #: 640-20-905 The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 plans to issue a solicitation requesting construction work to: remove existing pressure transducers and install new pressure transducers for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Work shall include, but be not limited to the following: All necessary labor, material, supervision and transportation necessary to personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install all components necessary to remove and replace existing pressure transducers. PLEASE NOTE This project was initially submitted to our office for procurement as a sole source project to a large business (Siemens). Our market research has indicated that more than one SDVOSB is capable of performing this work while interfacing with Siemens as needed. Therefore, the full solicitation will be a total SDVOSB Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from concerns already registered and verified in VIP and SAM. Particulars: The duration of this project will be 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). This announcement is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Full solicitation documents are estimated to be available on or about June 18, 2020. A site visit will be scheduled to be held on-site at a time detailed in during the solicitation phase of this requirement. Please confirm exact location, date, and time of site visit in the solicitation. All offerors are highly encouraged and expected to attend the site visit.
