The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with U.S Commercial Operations, Med Management Systems, for the preventative maintenance and emergency services of components and software maintenance of VA-owned Becton Dickinson (BD) Pyxis ES MedStation AUTOMATED MEDICATION DISPENSING CABINETS located at various locations within the VA San Francisco Heath Care Systems. NAICS 811219 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
