The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), small disadvantaged businesses (SDB), Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8(a) Small Business and small business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. The NAICS code is 339112 Surgical Appliance and Supplies and the corresponding size standard is 1000. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care has a requirement to purchase Automatic Tablet Packager as specified on attachment 1. Interested firms fitting one or more of these Socio-economic categories should send their information by E-mail to charee.harris@va.gov no later than 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, March 17, 2020. The following information is requested in response to this notice: (1) Type of socio-economic category (e.g. SDVOSB, Small Business, etc.), if firm is a SDVOSB or VOSB, evidence of verification in VetBiz as a SDVOSB or VOSB (SDVOSB and VOSB firms must be verified by the Center for Veteran Enterprises (CVE). All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested firms fitting one of more socio-economic categories. If adequate interest is not received, this action will not be set aside for SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a) small business or small business firms.
