Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors (SDVOSB SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES) capable of providing two (2) 8FGCU25 gas-powered forklifts or equivalent and four (4) fork extensions to the VA Northern California Healthcare System locations in Martinez, CA (150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553) and Chico, CA (1601 Concord Avenue, Chico, CA 95928). Each site will get one forklift and two extensions. Items will be FOB Destination and should be delivered within 90 days ARO.
