The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide Janitorial Services for the San Bruno Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 1001 Sneath Lane Suites 100, 300, 305, 309, and 310, San Bruno, CA 94066. A draft of the Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice. We are conducting market research to determine if there are enough qualified vendors to set aside an upcoming solicitation. We are seeking the following categories: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Veteran Owned Small Business The responses from this notice will be used to make the appropriate set aside determination. All interested contractors must respond by email to Angela.Gerlitzki@va.gov no later than February 26, 2020. Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (VOSB or SDVOSB) Provide DUNS and/or CAGE Code. Provide a capabilities statement demonstrating experience providing similar services. Provide the percentage of work you plan to subcontract, if any. Note: Limitations on subcontracting will apply if this requirement is set-aside for a small business.
