We are trying to determine the following IDIQ set up: - One contract that includes all facilities for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System, VA Central California Health Care System, VA Northern California Health Care System and VA San Francisco Health Care System? *Note: This might potentially preclude participation by small businesses if the small business doesn t have enough capacity to accomplish the work. - Or facility-level contract(s) meaning we would possibly break the contracts out the following way: o Two contracts: One for VA San Francisco Health Care System and VA Northern California Health Care System; and one for VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System and VA Central California Health Care System? o Four contracts, one for each facility? o Two contracts: One for the three facilities in California and one for the facility in Nevada?
