The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System has a requirement for Optical Ultrasounds with AB Scanner. This is a solicitation open to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Vetbiz.gov. This solicitation allows for vendors to offer BRAND NAME OR EQUAL products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. All deliveries must be completed by 30 Days ARO to the following destination: 5406 E. El Campo Grande Ave. Las Vegas NV 89115. Price quotes shall include the Duns Number, VIP Verification, Small Business Status, and responses to the salient characteristics. The vendor shall provide new items ONLY; no remanufactured or grey market items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer s warranty. The offeror shall provide evidence of its authority to distribute the proposed equipment/system at the time of submission of its quote/offer.
