This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name Only . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99 July 16, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 Hospital beds. Offerors must have a current registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award FAR Clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 apply to this procurement. The Government contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order contract resulting from this solicitation. Evaluation Procedures: Comparative evaluation of quotations will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), which means evaluating one quote with another in a uniform and fair manner. Only quotations from authorized distributors will be accepted. Evaluation Factors: The factors to be evaluated are price, technical acceptability and delivery.
