The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), small disadvantaged businesses (SDB), Women-owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8(a) Small Business and small business concerns that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. Your responses to the sources sought will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care has a requirement to purchase radio frequency generators and accessories as follows: Optifill OF-2 Windows 10 Upgrade Optifill II Base upgrade: Cluster Server (1) Check Server (1) Check Workstation (2) Manual Pick Workstation (5) Specialized Packing Workstation (3) Exceptions Workstation (2) Signature Capture Workstation (3) Hand-held Restocking Terminal upgrade includes 2 terminals (1) PPS Laser Printers (6) General Purpose Client (CPU) upgrade (1) PPS Hand-held RF Restocking Terminal (1) Additional Pack Station License (1) Upgrade 1 manual pick and 1 check station to Windows 10 PPS 6.0 License (1) - available PPS 6.1 License (1) release planned for late 2019 which will include a new wireless restocking terminal that will replace the End of Life Microsoft Mobile 6.5 version and the addition of the Eyecon integration and the PIV card sign-on. Included is the Project Management, installation, training and travel cost. The following information is requested in response to this notice: (1) Type of socio-economic category (e.g. SDVOSB, Small Business, etc.), if firm is a SDVOSB or VOSB, evidence of verification in VetBiz as a SDVOSB or VOSB (SDVOSB and VOSB firms must be verified by the Center for Veteran Enterprises (CVE). All information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested firms fitting one of more socio-economic categories. If adequate interest is not received, this action will not be set aside for SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, 8(a) small business or small business firms.
