The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting information from contractors that can provide Janitorial Services for the Clearlake Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located at 15145 Lakeshore Blvd. Clearlake, CA 95422. A draft of the Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice. We are conducting market research to determine if there are enough qualified vendors to set aside an upcoming solicitation. We are seeking the following categories: Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Veteran Owned Small Business All other small business categories The responses from this notice will be used to make the appropriate set aside determination. All interested contractors must respond by email to Angela.Gerlitzki@va.gov before 3:00 P.M. HST on January 7th. Please answer the following questions when responding: What is your company s Socioeconomic Status? (ex: small business, large business, SDVOSB, etc.) Provide DUNS and/or CAGE Code. Provide a capabilities statement. Note: Limitations on subcontracting will apply if this requirement is set-aside for a small business.
