The period of performance is April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2025, which consists of a base year plus four option years. The solicitation package and attachments have been uploaded to this notice. The proposal instructions are contained in provision 52.212-1 and the evaluation factors are provided in provision 52.212-2. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The guaranteed minimum for the base year of the contract is $2,500.
