PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Decipher Corp. The contractor will provide the Decipher Prostate Cancer Test and its results. The Decipher test is a proprietary genomic test that predicts the probability of metastasis after surgery and provides independent assessment of tumor aggressiveness. San Francisco VA Medical Center physicians/providers shall rely on information taken from the subject genomic testing results to make critical clinical decisions for Veteran patient diagnoses. This proprietary testing predicts the likelihood of clinically useful endpoints like high grade disease, 5-year metastasis and 10-year prostate cancer specific mortality in VA patients diagnosed with prostate cancer. A Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted to https://fbohome.sam.gov/ as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(iii). Period of Performance: April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2023
