This is a notice for intent to sole source the award of a contract to NeuroLogoica Corp to provide annual maintenance support/service contract for seven (7) digital detectors for the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System. NeuroLogica Corp is the only company capable to perform maintenance services for the Samsung Digital Detector. NeuroLogica Corp has the proprietary knowledge, parts, and licensed software. This service is proprietary to Samsung as there is a requirement to use only OEM approved parts to support the system. The equipment must be serviced by individuals trained and certified by Samsung for the Samsung Digital Detector. NeuroLogica Corp do not use or authorize third party service on their equipment. A copy of the approved Justification and Approval for this sole source action is attached to this notice.
