All responsible SDVOSB sources who are verified in VA s VIP Vendor Information Pages (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Default.aspx) at time of solicitation posting may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Estimated solicitation posting date is February 12th, 2020; estimated closing date is March 12th, 2020. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. In accordance with FAR Part 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. In accordance with FAR Part 5.203, this notice is being published for at least fifteen days before issuance of the solicitation. All contractors are reminded that they must be registered in the SAM.gov database, https://sam.gov/SAM/ in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management.
