This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 36C26119Q1266 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-O0009. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 541380 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please provide a fixed monthly rate for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall provide Legionella Water Testing services for the VA Sacramento Health Care System in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package.
