This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. See attached RFQ. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 Effective 12 Jun 2019 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) Updated Part 807, 813, 819 and 853 Effective 25 Jan 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127, with a small business size standard of 500. This solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) concerns if there are two or more SDVOSB and VOSB who are capable of providing a quote at a fair and reasonable price. Unverified SDVOBs or VOSBs are considered non-responsive and price quotations will not be evaluated. The VA Northern CA Health Care System has an urgent need to purchase MRI safe patient physiological monitor, that can be used during pre-set up, transport, MRI exam and post exam transport. The patient monitor must be portable and can be transported or moved quickly to another MRI room if necessary. Having a portable monitor is important for patient care so the patient can be continuously monitored throughout his/her care and the monitor be moved to another MRI room. Please provide price quotation using the attached RFQ. All price quotes received prior to 08/12/19 will be considered by the Government. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Receipt must be acknowledged on my desktop computer to be recognized as received. This is the only acceptable method for delivery of quotes. Any quote will then be found non-responsiveness to the solicitation and the quote will not be considered. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured, used/refurbished or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No product in development shall be considered. Authorized dealers: Experienced firms only who are authorized distributor will be considered in addition to the original equipment manufacturer.
