Sources Sought This is a sources sought notice only. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain market knowledge of potential businesses that can support the VA Pacific Island Health Care System. The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 21) intends to procure Residential Treatment Substance Use Disorder services to eligible Veterans for treatment or mental illness, substance use disorder, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services. The services to be performed IAW attached performance work statement: The designated NAICS Code is 623220 Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities, size standard is $15 Million. All small businesses capable of providing this service are encouraged to reply, as responses will be used by the Government to make determinations about the appropriate set-aside. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
