This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. See attached RFQ. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-01, Effective 20 Dec 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112, with a small business size standard of 1000. The San Francisco VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase Cisco hardware for the virtual server infrastructure in support of medical device systems for optimal performance and data management. Hardware purchase must be compatible with existing Cisco System. Please provide price quotation using the attached RFQ. All price quotes received prior to 05/21/19 will be considered by the Government. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time an offer or quotation is submitted and at the time of contract award.
