Solicitation Number: 36C26119Q0509 Motorized Patient Lift Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number, 36C26119Q0509 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 effective December 20, 2018 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to October 2018. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a price quotation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339113, size standard 750. This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Unverified SDVOBs are considered non-responsive and price quotations will not be evaluated. Please provide price quotation using the attached RFQ, for two of one type of Patient Lift systems, and one type of another. All three are the basic model (Denali 600) with different features; please read the Salient Characteristics carefully. Provide your quote in the units and quantities stated. Quotes that add or take-away any stated information will not be considered. All price quotes received prior to 04/16/2019 will be considered by the Government. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable.
