This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 36C26119Q0475 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This acquisition is a unrestricted solicitation. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. When providing a quote, please provide a fixed monthly rate for each line item. (vi) The contractor shall provide 24 Carrot Annual Maintenance services for the VA PALO ALTO Health Care System in accordance with the Performance Work Statement that is included in the solicitation package.
