This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes to gain knowledge of qualified sources in order to determine an acquisition strategy. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) is requesting information to determine if there is any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business or other Open Market Source that can provide remedial and preventive maintenance service for the Symmetra PX UPS and Computer Room Cooling System located at the the VA Manila Regional Office and Outpatient Clinic, 1501 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, Philippines. The NAICS code applicable to this requirement is 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing with size standard of 1,2500 employees. This requirement shall include the following services: On-site quarterly preventive maintenance visits to perform visual inspection, mechanical/electrical inspection and functional verification On-site response remedial services to diagnose and repair the equipment Capability for remote equipment monitoring Qualified parties who are authorized service providers for Symmetra PX equipment are invited to respond. Responses shall include the company name, address, point of contact, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address, DUNS number and capability statement. E-mail responses to the Contracting Officer at Cristina.lansangan@va.gov no later than March 27, 2019 at 4:00pm PST. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or make an award, nor does the notice restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidder s list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Interested offerors must respond to the solicitation, if issued, in addition to responding to this Sources Sought Notice.
