The sources sought effort is intended to assess industry capabilities and develop/support the intended direction of acquisition planning. Description of requirement and submittal requirements are as follows: Description: Government seeks contractor to provide a computed tomography (CT) Micro Scanner for the in-vivo x-ray CT imaging of mice, rats, and extremities at the existing VA network at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. The contract scope of work includes the following proposal items: CT80 in vivo micro CT scanner, Qty: 1 Animal Monitoring and Gating, (included in item#A) Software (Included in Item #A) HP Integrity Server (Included in Item#A) On-site Installation, and Training 2-3 days on equipment Warranty 2 years from date of installation The Government requests capability statements and comments from interested businesses regarding the requirements described above.
