This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 36C26119Q0320 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101, 2005-101. (iv) This acquisition is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 811198 and the size standard is $7.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the attached price schedule of the solicitation package. Coordination for vehicle servicing with requesting entity are to commence upon award. When processing a total price for quote ensure equipment and materials related to Requirements List are addressed to include labor and vehicle pick-up and delivery. Contractors are to provide a fixed rate for each vehicle line item. (vi) The contractor shall Outfitting of Veterans Affairs Police Vehicles based on Requirements List, Equipment List, and policies and mandates established by Veterans Affairs. Contractor will also de-commission vehicles as prescribed in Statement of Work and De-commission of vehicle list. (vii) The period of performance is listed in the Statement of Work.
