The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct market research to seek out interested Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 2 holders from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) capable of fulfilling the requirement. Responses will only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). This is not a request for a quotation or a proposal and in no way obligates the Government to award any orders or a contract. Network Contract Office (NCO) 21 at 975 Kirman Avenue, in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a construction contractor to provide professional construction services to replace the operating room suite air handling unit (OR AHU) as well as repair the ductwork along the branches recommended by the design documents.
