The contractor will provide temporary personnel (phlebotomist) on-site for as-needed basis to the San Francisco VA Healthcare System medical facilities located at the following locations: Eureka (CBOC) Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Santa Rosa CBOC, Clearlake CBOC, San Bruno CBOC, Ukiah CBOC, Downtown SF CBOC and the San Francisco VA Medical Center. These services are needed to run from Jan 2023 to Dec 2027. Only fully trained and currently certified techs that are qualified to meed the need will be assessed in accordance to the requirements of the performance work statement.
