The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business for a firm-fixed-price construction project to renovate and expand the Emergency Room at the Boise VA Medical Center in Boise, ID. The project involves two phases: demolishing and rebuilding the existing Purple Team clinic while the ER remains active, then expanding the ER from 5,700 to 8,900 square feet within a total renovated space of 10,700 square feet. The budget for this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Work includes demolition, structural changes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and potential asbestos abatement, with all necessary utilities to be extended from within the building.
