The Puget Sound Health Care System (PSHCS) Seattle Division requires an on-site, full-service maintenance and repair contract for its Abbott and Alinity equipment. The contract must include all parts and services needed for preventative maintenance and on-site repairs. The equipment must be kept in proper operating condition and ready to safely and effectively sterilize medical instruments. All units must be fully operational according to manufacturer specifications before service departure.
