The contractor must provide 24x7 telephone support, with responses within 30 minutes on business days or 1 hour on Canadian holidays, and onsite support within 24 hours when phone troubleshooting fails. Clinical case support is available if requested in writing at least 72 hours in advance; two preventive maintenance visits and two software health checks are required per contract year, scheduled at least two weeks ahead. Uptime must remain above 95%, with warranty extensions if quarterly uptime falls below specified thresholds, and contractor personnel must complete VA security/background requirements.
