The requirement is for Puget Sound VAHCS Water Management Program Services, with a base period plus four option years, and is set aside for SBA-certified SDVOSB concerns. Performance will be at the Puget Sound VA Health Care System. Detailed line items, requirements, provisions, and clauses are provided in the attached RFQ document, which offerors must review.
