Contractor will provide hourly, drop-in childcare services for Veterans and their beneficiaries at the VA Puget Sound WA Healthcare System - American Lake Division. Services are for children ages six weeks to twelve years, and up to eighteen years for children with special needs, during outpatient clinic hours. Care is temporary, not to exceed three hours per visit. At least one childcare attendant with experience caring for special needs children must be on-site at all times. Daily operational capacity depends on facility space, child-to-attendant ratios, and Veteran needs.
