Z2DA--CON-NRM 668-24-103 Replace Roofing Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 31
This is a Department of Veterans Affairs contract for work performed in accordance with a Statement of Work. The base item covers the complete job as described. Four optional deduct items may be awarded separately, depending on available funding and at the VA's sole discretion. These deduct items are listed in order of importance and cover work on Building 2 (Utility), Building 3 (Utility & Storage), Building 1 (Patient Care), and Building 31 (Patient Care). Pricing is requested for each item as a lump-sum job.
