Building 1 is the main hospital building with nine (9) occupied floors (Basement – Eighth Floor), a mechanical penthouse (Ninth Floor) and an elevator machine room (Tenth Floor). Some of the Building 1 exterior windows have been replaced post-1990 and will not be addressed in this project.
