Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: The contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the above-named project at the Roseburg VA Medical Center, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471-6523. NAICS Code: 238190 Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors and the small business size standard is $19 million. A solicitation is not currently available. The definitization of an equitable adjustment begins upon receipt of an adequate change order definitization proposal by the contracting officer, and ends upon the contracting officer's execution of a contractual action to definitize the change order.
