Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for a construction contract to build a new 4000 gross square foot chiller plant with cooling towers at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). Work is located at the Mann-Grandstaff VAMC in Spokane, WA. For the principal components of work see the attached draft statement of work, specifications, and drawings. Documents are currently in draft state and industry comment / suggestions are greatly encouraged. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, PSC Y1NB and a with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 million.
