This is a sources sought notice for market research and acquisition planning only, not an RFP/RFQ/IFB, and the VA is not seeking proposals at this time. It aims to identify capable, qualified businesses, with emphasis on verified SDVOSBs and VOSBs under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Respondents must have the authorized capability, qualified technical personnel, and proprietary diagnostic software rights to maintain and repair high-acuity radiology and cardiac catheterization equipment. The contractor would provide all travel, labor, materials, OEM-certified diagnostic tools, documentation, software updates/patches, and genuine OEM replacement parts. Services include planned preventive maintenance, safety inspections, phone support, and unscheduled remedial emergency repairs.
