This is an unrestricted solicitation for brand name or equal Satisloh optical fabrication equipment, including lens generators, conveyors, collet chucks, fast tool options, performance packs, peripherals, and preventative maintenance for the VISN 5 Optical Fabrication Lab. The required performance location is Boise, Idaho. All equipment must be delivered within 120 days after receipt of order. The preventative maintenance will include three one-year option periods beginning after the equipment warranty ends, plus a possible additional six-month extension. No budget amount is specified.
